ITC London was founded in 2015 by James Bradley Carter. The Managing Director had been the Head of IT for a large multi-national cosmetics company and left to pursue a role in a more technological centric position. After working with a City based Managed Services Provider (MSP), for two years, he decided to start up his own MSP and support company. Installing core values he believed were missing with MSP and service providers in general, integrity, complete transparency, total ownership and deliverance were just a few.

Over the past 27 years I have been very fortunate to work with many exciting companies helping them to establish and maintain modern and up to date IT technology and solutions. I felt it was time for a new challenge and so I decided to start my own IT Consultancy Company ITCLondon.

Through a lot of hard work, commitment and perseverance and partnering only with the best companies, we have seen tremendous development, with offices in the heart of the city of London and Mitcham. ITC London, now have a multi discipline loyal customer base, which includes companies in the following Markets, Pension, Insurance, Shipping, Oil, Education, Manufacturing and Legal.

The multidiscipline services we offer our customers are in all aspects of IT/IS which include network security, infrastructure, server build/refurb, Server Room Modelling and construction, 1st-3rd line support, Software Compliance, IT Manager cover and assisting with recruitment.


ITC London also prides itself on not selling equipment, but will assist the customer to source equipment if required, this provides ITC London a strategic advantage of recommending the best equipment from the most appropriate certified distributor that is most suited to the customer needs and not what is most profitable for the reseller.
